Arrival & Space Preparation

Please ensure your space is clean, quiet, and ready to receive. A table or surface to set up supplies, access to a sink, and a comfortable place facilitate are ideal.

If you’re hosting a group or gathering, please provide a general flow of your event so I can arrive and ground accordingly.

Travel & Setup 

I arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and energetically settle the space. Please be ready and present at the agreed-upon time. Travel fees start at $50 and vary depending on location.

Casa de Luz Cancellation Policy

• At time of booking a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your session. You’ll receive an invoice once we confirm your request.
• For appointments canceled up to 48 hours before arrival; the non-refundable deposit made will be forfeited but the remaining balance will not be charged.
• For appointments cancelled within 48 hours the full charge for the treatment will be applied. This policy honors the energy and time set aside just for you.
• Due to the small size of our brand, we consider rescheduled treatments on a case by case basis, taking into account availability and pricing changes. Urgent circumstances will always be considered.
