Created by Elayne Mendoza, founder of Casa de Luz, La Sala is a monthly community where practice, presence, and honest conversation replace the noise of the wellness world with something quieter and more real.

Both sessions are recorded. Replays live in your archive. Nothing is wasted if life gets in the way.
The Practice
A monthly workshop where Elayne teaches one concept, one tool, one lens for the season you’re in. The second half moves into the body — breathwork, somatic release, or a guided practice that helps you actually feel what you just learned, not just understand it.
The Circle
A smaller, more intimate community call where members come back together to share what shifted, what’s still moving, and what they’re carrying into the next month. Elayne holds the space. You bring yourself.
